you respond β without overstepping.
A new professional training for holistic and integrative practitioners is coming in late August 2026. Join the interest list to be first to hear when enrollment opens β including special founding cohort pricing.
If you work with clients in a healing space β¦ as an energy worker, somatic practitioner, coach, spiritual guide, or integrative therapist β¦ then you've probably already encountered dissociation.
Maybe a client went somewhere else mid-session, like they were completely unaware. Perhaps you sensed a shift you couldn't name, like a client suddenly become someone else. Maybe a client told you about parts of themselves that seem to live separate lives β¦ and you simply weren't sure how to hold that.
Most practitioners in your position were never trained for this. And most available training wasn't designed with you in mind.
Now it's time to fill that gap.
"Trauma, Dissociation, and Ethical Practice" is a seven-part live training that gives holistic and integrative practitioners the framework, language, and practical grounding to work more safely and skillfully alongside dissociation β within your scope of practice, and in genuine service of your clients.
What This Training Is
A trauma-informed framework built for holistic and integrative practitioners
Ethical and practical guidance for navigating dissociation without overstepping
Clinical grounding and legal/ethical context, together in one course
A live learning community β not just recorded content
Led by a specialist psychotherapist and attorney who knows holistic health β¦ and who lives life as a functional plural system
A Word About Who's Teaching This

Michele Yarberry is a therapist specializing in dissociative disorders, with substantial training and experience in energy work. As someone who bridges clinical practice and the broader healing landscape, Michele understands that holistic practitioners are an important part of many people's healing journey, and she believes they deserve proper training in trauma and dissociation.

Ian Foster is an attorney who specializes serving mental health and holistic practitioners, helping them build sustainable and ethical practices. As an energy worker himself, Ian connects the logical and emotional sides of running a heart-centered business. Ian also happens to be a dissociative system, and lives life as a functional multiple.
They didn't set out to build this course together. But when Ian's path led him to his own discovery, and he reached out to Michele, she told him it felt like divine timing. She had been thinking about this course for years. She had been praying for exactly this collaboration.
What theyβre offering is something truly unique: clinical depth, holistic mental wellbeing, robust ethics, and lived truth, together.
This Is For You If
You work in a holistic, somatic, energy, or integrative healing modality
You've encountered moments in client sessions you didn't have language or tools for
You want to support your clients more skillfully β without operating outside your scope
You believe trauma-informed practice is part of your professional responsibility
You're ready to learn from both clinical and legal specialist, along with lived experience
Founding Cohort
The first cohort of this training begins late August 2026 β seven-part course, live on Zoom.
Founding cohort participants receive preferred pricing, priority enrollment for future cohorts, and a structured invitation to help shape the next version of this course. Details will be shared with the interest list first.
Dissociative disorders are more common than is generally understood. We are building something that could transform how the holistic and wellness communities view dissociation and hold space for their clients. We'd love for you to be a part of that.
Frequently Asked Questions
This training is built specifically for holistic and integrative practitioners β energy workers, somatic practitioners, coaches, spiritual guides, bodyworkers, and integrative therapists. It is not a clinical training and is not designed for licensed mental health providers seeking clinical supervision. If you work with people in a healing capacity and dissociation shows up in your sessions, this training was made for you.
No. This training assumes no clinical background. The curriculum is grounded in clinical knowledge but translated and contextualized for practitioners who operate outside the licensed therapy world. You'll receive the depth you need without being expected to have the background of a therapist.
Details about recordings and catch-up options will be shared with enrolled participants. The live format is intentional β community and real-time exchange are central to the learning experience β but we understand that schedules vary. We'll share everything you need to know before the cohort begins.
Most dissociation trainings are written for clinicians β licensed therapists treating dissociative disorders. This training is different: it was designed from the ground up for holistic and integrative practitioners. It pairs clinical expertise from a dissociative disorders specialist with lived experience from a functional dissociative system, and centers ethical practice throughout. There is nothing else like it.
No β and that's by design. This training explicitly does not prepare you to diagnose, treat, or provide clinical intervention for dissociative disorders. What it does prepare you for is recognizing when dissociation may be present, responding with skill and grounding, communicating with your client in a way that helps, and knowing when and how to refer. Ethical practice is the foundation of this entire course.
Enrollment details β including timing and founding cohort pricing β will be shared with the interest list first, before any public announcement. Interest list members also receive priority access to enroll. Join the list above to be among the first to know.
