The documents in our Coaching Document Package as well as any customized documents we produce for you as part of the Customized Document Package (collectively, "the documents") are not, and are not intended to be, legal services or advice. The documents should not be used as a substitute for proper legal advice from a licensed attorney. If you desire legal advice, you will contact a licensed attorney.
  2. The documents are the work product and intellectual property of Personal Empowerment Services, LLC ("PES LLC"). Purchasing the documents gives you the right to use them for your own business purposes only. The documents may be used by yourself, your business partners, and your employees/contractors for the purposes of furthering your business goals. You will not give, sell, loan, or otherwise transfer the documents in any form to any other person or entity.
  3. You understand and acknowledge that all decisions in life and business come with a degree of risk and no outcome is certain. Therefore, you agree that PES LLC will not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses that you may incur, whether personal or business, as a result of actions you take or do not take (a) in response to reading, using, and/or misusing the documents, and (b) in response to any advice, summaries, or action items that PES LLC may supply to you.
  4. You agree that PES LLC will not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses that you may incur, whether personal or business, as a result of you or any other person or entity making material alterations to the documents.
  5. You will indemnify PES LLC and its employees, agents, and assigns against any and all liability to third parties arising from actions you take or do not take (a) in response to reading using, and/or misusing the documents, and (b) in response to any advice, summaries, or action items that PES LLC may supply to you.
  6. You understand and acknowledge that misuse of the documents or violations of any of these Terms of Use will result in appropriate legal action to protect PES LLC and its intellectual property rights.
  7. You understand and acknowledge that, because you have chosen the payment plan, you may not be given access to the entire work product you purchased until all of your payments are complete. This is because we cannot "take back" any custom documents or other work we produce for you once we have given you access to them. If you are on a time crunch and require access to some of our work product ASAP, let us know and we may be able to reach an arrangement that suits both parties.
  8. You understand that PES LLC will provide you with a Coaching Agreement that will govern your relationship to PES LLC and the nature of services provided as part of the Customized Document Package. Should you choose not to sign the Coaching Agreement, your purchase will be cancelled and your payment refunded.
  9. You have three (3) days from the date of this purchase to cancel your purchase for any reason. You can cancel your purchase by emailing us at [email protected]. Should you choose to cancel, your payment will be refunded in full.
