The documents in our Coaching Document Package as well as any customized documents we produce for you as part of the Advanced Business Review (collectively, "the documents") are not, and are not intended to be, legal services or advice.   2. The documents are the work product and intellectual property of Personal Empowerment Services, LLC ("PES LLC"). Purchasing the documents gives you the right to use them for your own business purposes only. You will not give, sell, loan, or otherwise transfer the documents in any form to any other person or entity.

  6. You understand and acknowledge that misuse of the documents or violations of any of these Terms of Use will result in appropriate legal action to protect PES LLC and its intellectual property rights.
  7. You understand and acknowledge that, because you have chosen the payment plan, you may not be given access to the entire work product you purchased until all of your payments are complete. This is because we cannot "take back" any custom documents or other work we produce for you once we have given you access to them. If you are on a time crunch and require access to some of our work product ASAP, let us know and we may be able to reach an arrangement that suits both parties.
  8. You understand that PES LLC will provide you with a Coaching Agreement that will govern your relationship to PES LLC and the nature of services provided as part of the Advanced Business Review. Should you choose not to sign the Coaching Agreement, your purchase will be cancelled and your payment refunded.
  9. You have three (3) days from the date of this purchase to cancel your purchase for any reason. You can cancel your purchase by emailing us at [email protected]. Should you choose to cancel, your payment will be refunded in full.
