Trauma, Dissociation, & Ethical Practice - Full Program

The Full Program was created for practitioners who want deeper support, live consultation, and direct access as they navigate the realities of dissociation, trauma activation, practitioner regulation, ethics, and scope of practice in the work they already do.

In addition to the complete Core Course curriculum, Full Program participants receive live consultation and integration sessions where concepts can be explored more deeply, practical questions can be addressed, and ethical application can be discussed in a more intimate learning environment.

This is not supervision.
This is not certification.
And this is not advanced trauma treatment training.

It is a structured educational and consultation experience designed to help practitioners integrate this material with greater clarity, safety, humility, and practical grounding.

What’s Included In The Full Program

✔️ Everything Included In The Core Course

PLUS:

✔️ 6 Expert Consultation & Integration Sessions
Additional live sessions with Michele Yarberry, LPC and Ian Foster, Esq. focused on practical application, ethical integration, and practitioner questions.

✔️ 40 Total Hours Of Live Contact
A deeper educational experience with substantially more direct access and guided discussion.

✔️ Smaller, More Intimate Learning Environment
Consultation sessions are intentionally structured to allow deeper engagement and thoughtful discussion.

✔️ Direct Practical Q&A
Opportunities to explore real practitioner concerns related to ethics, boundaries, dissociation, trauma response, and scope of practice.

✔️ Integration-Focused Support
Additional space to process how this material applies to your existing work, modality, and professional role.

✔️ Priority Access To Future Offerings
Full Program participants receive priority consideration for future trainings and advanced educational opportunities.

✔️ Founding Cohort Recognition
Be part of the inaugural cohort helping establish a more ethical and informed conversation around dissociation and practitioner education.

This Program Is Especially Valuable For Practitioners Who:

• Frequently encounter trauma activation in sessions
• Work closely with complex trauma populations
• Feel underprepared for dissociative presentations
• Want ethical grounding alongside holistic or integrative approaches
• Desire more direct support while learning this material
• Value consultation and practical application, not just theory
• Want a more interactive and supported learning experience

The Consultation Sessions

The consultation and integration sessions are where much of the deeper learning occurs.

These sessions are designed to help practitioners bridge the gap between:

  • understanding concepts intellectually
  • and responding ethically in real-world practice

Topics may include:

  • practitioner regulation
  • scope of practice questions
  • ethical dilemmas
  • client safety concerns
  • stabilization approaches
  • nervous system overwhelm
  • referral considerations
  • trauma activation in holistic settings
  • practitioner fear and uncertainty
  • practical implementation questions

Participants consistently discover that the most valuable part of learning this material is having space to ask nuanced questions safely and thoughtfully.

Important Ethical Note

This program does not certify participants to diagnose or treat dissociative disorders.

The consultation sessions are educational in nature and are not clinical supervision, psychotherapy, legal advice, or individualized treatment consultation.

Participants are expected to remain within their professional scope of practice and licensing boundaries where applicable.

This training was intentionally designed to support ethical restraint, thoughtful care, and practitioner responsibility.

Why This Matters

Many practitioners are already encountering dissociation in their work.

What they often lack is:

  • ethical guidance
  • grounded language
  • safe consultation space
  • practical frameworks
  • and support integrating what they are seeing.

This program was built to help meet that need responsibly.

Not through sensationalism.
Not through overconfidence.
But through careful, trauma-informed, ethically grounded education.

Because your clients deserve practitioners who know how to remain steady when complex trauma enters the room.

And practitioners deserve support learning how to do that safely.
